This program is designed to help reduce the impact of stress and restore a sense of peace and harmony. The 10-day Antistress Program is like a journey that takes you farther and farther away from low energy, fatigue, depression, and reduced productivity, and closer and closer to well-being. Surrender to the healing power of nature, along with relaxing treatments and activities that will help you recover from the effects of stress.
- Accommodation;
- 3 meals a day;
- Medical consultation and observation;

- Mineral water baths - 5×
- Mud applications or electro-mud therapy - 5×
- Classic massage (20 min) or underwater massage - 3×
- Hydro-massage pool or lymphatic drainage for legs - 5×
- Salt therapy - 5×
- Aero-therapy (weather permitting) - 5×
- Group physiotherapy sessions in the hall or in the pool (with or without cascade massage) - 10×
- Lectures or thematic sessions by a health psychologist/nutritionist/ergotherapist/physioterapist/audiologist - 2×*
- Cardiovascular workout with prescribed intensity - 7×
- Nordic walking training and Nordic walking or dosed walks with Smovey rings - 5×

- When you begin your medical rehabilitation course, you must have an identity document with you (passport or ID card).
- For an additional fee we also provide laboratory diagnostics, diagnostic tests, specialist consultations, additional procedures as indicated.
- For the salt therapy procedure, you will be required to purchase a salt room visit kit (EUR 3.80), available at the KRC Jaunķemeri kiosk or at the Fito bar.
