ABOUT HEALTHY DAYS PROGRAMME

Programme duration – 3 days/2 nights 

Several days are a good starting point to think about improving your quality of life. The programme is intended to restore your strength and energy. Devote some time to yourself and your health improvement!

Check-in is from 8 AM to 10 AM and check-out is until 9 PM.

The offer includes:

•    single, twin or family room with all amenities
•    3 meals a day
•    doctor consultation
•    observation by medical professionals
•    treatments and exercises according to the programme package

Price of the Programme 

HEALTHY DAYS PROGRAMME PACKAGE:

 

•    Mineral water bath – 2 sessions
•    Mud application – 1 session 
•    Group physiotherapy session in the gym or pool with/without cascade massage – 3 sessions
•    Nordic walking training and Nordic walking session or terrain therapy with Smovey rings – 1 session
•    Cardio exercise session in the cardio gym – 3 sessions
•    Salt therapy or hydro massage in the pool or classic massage (1 unit) or lymphatic drainage for legs – 2 sessions
•    Specialist lecture or themed session – 1 session 
•    Drinking mineral water therapy – every day.

Unused treatments included in the offer are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We can offer you additional paid services, such as laboratory tests, diagnostic examinations, consultations with specialists and additional treatments depending on indications.


Useful information 

When arriving for your medical rehabilitation, please present:

•    your valid ID (passport or ID card; child’s birth certificate/passport/ID-card; power of attorney if a child is accompanied by an adult who is not their parent).


You should have with you:

  •    Comfortable clothes for indoor training, socks
  •    Comfortable clothes and footwear (according to season) for Nordic walking and terrain therapy
  •    Swimwear, swim cap (or a shower cap), pool slippers, personal hygiene products, hairdryer (if necessary)
  •    For the salt therapy treatment, you need to buy a salt room visit kit (EUR 3.80), available at the Rehabilitation Centre Jaunķemeri kiosk or at the Fito bar.
