ABOUT THE RESTART YOUR HEALTH PROGRAMME

Programme duration – 5 days/4 nights 

The programme is intended for people with mentally or physically demanding jobs who regularly suffer from overworking and stress which negatively affect their mental and physical health. The programme is active and filled with treatments. Recommended age – up to 65 years. 

Chechk in the rehabilitation center from 8:00 to 10:00, check out until 21:00

The offer includes:

  • accommodation in a room of your chosen category
  • 3 meals a day
  • observation by medical professionals
  • doctor consultation
  • medical treatments according to the selected programme

Price of the Programme 

 

RESTART YOUR HEALTH PROGRAMME PACKAGE:


•    Sling therapy – 1 session
•    Group physiotherapy session (in the gym or pool with/without cascade massage) – 5 sessions
•    Graduated cardio exercise – 5 session
•    Nordic walking training and Nordic walking – 2 sessions
•    Mineral water bath – 3 sessions
•    Mud application – 2 sessions
•    Neck or lower back massage (1 unit/10 min) – 3 sessions
•    Underwater massage – 2 sessions
•    Hydro massage in the pool – 2 sessions
•    Physical medicine treatment – 3 sessions
•    Salt therapy – 4 sessions
•    Oxygen cocktail – 2 sessions
•    Drinking mineral water therapy – every day

Unused procedures in the offer will not be replaced or reimbursed.

For an additional fee we provide: laboratory diagnostics, diagnostic examinations, specialist consultations, additional procedures according to the indications.

Important information

  • When you begin your medical rehabilitation course, you must have an identity document with you (passport or ID card).
  • Referral from your GP or other specialist

You should have with you:

  • identity document (passport or ID card)
  • swimwear
  • pool slippers
  • swim cap (or a shower cap)
  • comfortable clothes and footwear for Nordic walking
  • personal hygiene products
  • hairdryer (if necessary)
  • For the salt therapy treatment, you need to buy a salt room visit kit (EUR 3.80), available at the Rehabilitation Centre Jaunķemeri kiosk or at the Fito bar.
