When should payment for inpatient rehabilitation services be made?
Healthcare providers often encounter situations where patients forget to cancel their appointments, do not show up, and as a result, not only do queues form, but someone who really needs this service is not able to access it. The Rehabilitation Center "Jaunkemeri" also encounters similar situations, which is why changes are being made to the reservation conditions.
- In future, advance payment will be required to make a reservation for certain room categories.
- When you make a reservation on the website, by phone or by email, you will receive an invoice.
- Once the invoice has been paid, your reservation will be confirmed, your place in the selected room category will be guaranteed, and we will send you additional information to make your experience at the Rehabilitation Center "Jaunkemeri" as pleasant as possible.
- If you are unable or unwilling to make an advance payment, we will still try to provide the service, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a room in the selected category – you will be offered accommodation in rooms that are currently available at the rehabilitation center.
- We ask patients to be responsible and cancel their reservation in a timely manner if circumstances have changed and they are unable to arrive at the rehabilitation center on the planned date.
