For Senior's Health
Health care is important at any age, but it is especially important for seniors to receive a comprehensive approach to health promotion in an environment where they can feel safe, be cared for and supported by functional specialists and medical staff, learn new things, and get lots of practical advice that will have practical application in their future lives, taking care of their health prevention. Treatments for relaxation, educational classes, therapeutic exercises both in the hall and outdoors. This is the age when you deserve to give yourself your undivided attention - enjoy this time and share your emotions with friends and loved ones when you return home!
The programme is recommended from age 60.
- Accommodation;
- 3 meals a day;
- Medical consultation and observation;
- Mineral water bath - 4x;
- Salt bath - 4x;
- Group physiotherapy sessions in the hall or in the pool (with or without cascade massage) - 8x;
- Relaxation session - 2x;
- Nordic walking training and Nordic walking or dosed walks with Smovey rings - 4x;
- Lectures or thematic sessions by a health psychologist/nutritionist/ergotherapist/physioterapist/audiologist - 4x;*
- Salt therapy - 6x;
- Aerotherapy ( according to weather conditions) - 4x;
- Morning gymnastics - 7x;
- Drinking mineral water course - daily.
* Lectures and classes are selected according to availability.

- When you begin your medical rehabilitation course, you must have an identity document with you (passport or ID card).
- For an additional fee we also provide laboratory diagnostics, diagnostic tests, specialist consultations, additional procedures as indicated.
- For the salt therapy procedure, you will be required to purchase a salt room visit kit (EUR 3.80), available at the KRC Jaunķemeri kiosk or at the Fito bar.
